Meet Erica Fredericks, Office Manager
Originally from Washington State, Erica has an associate degree in Health Information Technology and served in the Navy for over 6 years. 
At Pascagoula Physical Therapy Professionals, Erica handles all front desk responsibilities, from scheduling patients to verifying insurances policies. Her attention to detail and knowledge of insurance and authorization procedures are unparalleled.

When not helping our patients feel like at home in the clinic, Erica enjoys traveling, watching her daughter playing basketball and spending quality time with her friends and family.
